I'm sure you guys will love this... This post is for those people who haven't activated their own whatsapp call feature yet.. You guys are really a lot.
This whatsapp call feature is so cool, you can make calls with your megabytes(data) and not credit, this almost saves you from borrowing airtime anyhow like aripko.
It beats Facebook calling feature hands down. Although the idea was brought up by Mark, the owner of both apps.
Without wasting much time, let's activate your own whatsapp call menu asap.
How to activate whatsapp call feature within 1minute:
1. Make sure your phone is well rooted. If your phone isn't rooted, learn how to root it here»»
2. Download root explorer from PlayStore.
3. Goto settings »» apps, click your whatsapp or whatsapp+ and click force close.
4. Goto the root explorer.
Click root »data»data again » com.whatsapp » shared_prefs.
You should see a folder named com.whatsapp.preferences.xml
Long click it, select open with, select text editor.
5. Copy and paste this code in the second line after <map>
<boolean name="call" value="true" /><string name="call_allowed">all</string>
Click back and save changes.
6. You should see a folder like this»»
Com.whatsapp.preferences.xml.ba
Note the folder ends .ba
Delete the folder, exit root explorer and launch your whatsapp.
You should see the call feature added to your whatsapp or whatsapp+
