No doubt Glo Bis is the best internet Plan for all Android MTK users in this period of time.
Glo Bis have save so many student and low income earners from spending so much money on data... In short they deserve and award for this great feat. Although you must tweak your device a little before you can be able to enjoy the package, I still think they're the best because they could have easily blocked the   IMEI   trick just like  MTN, Etisalat and Airtel  they still let it slide so others would enjoy the package too.
The most interesting thing is that, they allocate same amount of data to Android MTK users just as they allocate to Blackberry users and they deduct the data as you use it, No hidden or fraudulent charges involved..."Pay as you use" They're not like Airtel that zaps 4× the amount of data you originally use.

• Calling Glo customer care.

I will advice those using BlackBerry Phones to follow this procedure. If you're using android and you call the customer care to complain this problem, they'll ask you the type of BlackBerry phone you're using and the procedures to set it up. Since you're not using a BlackBerry and your phone is only and impostor, you won't be able to carry out the settings
This procedure is for those using BlackBerry phone... If you have 3G not displaying problems, just call Glo cc and the issue will be rectified within 24hrs.

• Browse and download with your 2G.

This is the surest and best way to get your 3G back talking from personal experience. You see, the first time I subscribe for Glo Bis on my Android, I had this very problem. Out of annoyance, I removed my Glo sim and dumped it for 3days after battling to make the 3G display back but to no avail.
So one day, I decided to insert it back and manage the 2G network so my money won't just go to waste.
After browsing and downloading for some days (3days) I switch the phone back to 3G and it displayed miraculously.. I was so happy.

• Inserting your sim to a BlackBerry phone.

This procedure is just and alternative one.. Since not everybody is got a blackberry phone.
Well, for those who have both BlackBerry and Android or those who would be able to lay their hands on Blackberry phone and is facing this issue, Just get a BlackBerry phone and insert your sim, browse with it for a while with 2G then switch to 3G and check if it will display with the BlackBerry Bis symbol by the side.
If it displays the 3G, use it and download for sometimes before inserting it back to your Android.
