No doubt programming is indeed and interesting concept to learn as a hobby or to master as a student.

This apps transforms your Android to a mini notepad.

• Sand IDE For Web Development.

This app is one of my favorite since its very easy to use and understand.
Although they're some limitations in the free version.
IT allows you to preview your HTML CSS, JavaScript and PHP codes.

Since this app is not availabile on play store,
You can get it through Aptoide Market.
Just search and Download Aptoide.apk from Google.. After that launch the app and search for "Sand IDE for web development" Then download it.

• AIDE-ANDROID IDE.

This is a unique and beautiful app that supports development of Java/Xml apps android base app using Android SDK.
With this app you can build:

Cross-platform Apps using PhoneGap with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript

This apps those almost the same thing... The only difference here is, HTML Play supports CSS and JavaScript while Quick HTML is mainly for HTML codes.
