How to add Google AdSense page level Ads to your blogger blog for increase in AdSense earnings

Early last month Google adsense introduced too types of ads type classified as page level ads. This idea was meant to increase the revenue of their publishers and also give good user ads experience on blogs and websites.

Two Type of Ads Type in Page Level Ads:

Anchor/overlay ads:

They're shown by AdSense at optimal times to help to increase your revenue and provide a good user experience.
They don't count towards your three ads per page limit.
They only serve on mobile-optimised webpages on high-end mobile devices.

Vignette ads:

They're shown by AdSense at optimal times to help to increase your revenue and provide a good user experience.
They're displayed when the user leaves a page, rather than when they arrive on one, so that the user doesn't have to wait for them to load.
They're limited in number per user to maintain a good user experience.
They don't count towards your three ads per page limit.
They only serve on mobile-optimised webpages on high-end mobile devices.

How to Generate page level ads code on your Adsense dashboard?
  •  Log in to your Google adsense account,
  • Navigate to " My Ads" > Page-level ads beta
  • Then enable the ad formats that you’d like to use.
  • Click on "Get code"

Copy the code and paste it in your blogger HTML codes below the <head> tag and save. If you face any difficulty saving your blogger template after pasting the code, don't worry just copy the code below and change the publisher ID in bold to your original publisher ID.

<script async='async' src='http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js'/>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({
google_ad_client: "ca-pub-5623881",
enable_page_level_ads: true
});
</script>

So How Do I Paste the code in my Blogger HTML Template?

  •  Sign in to your blogger dashboard
  •  Navigate to "Template" > "Edit HTML"
  •  Click inside the blog html and use CTRL F on your keyboard to find the </head> tag.
  •  Paste the code directly under the </head>
  • NOTE:  In your Page-level code, make one modification. Replace the attribute asyncwith async='' If Not you'll get and error like this>> if you want to save the code Error parsing XML, line 193, column 15: Attribute name "async" associated with an element type "script" must be followed by the ' = ' character.
  •  Save the Template.

Because AdSense only shows Page-level ads on your site at optimal times, you’ll need to use the preview tool to check that they’re working correctly. Follow the instructions at the bottom of the "Page-level ads" page to test your ads.

That's all.

Pleas note that the overlay ads are only shown by AdSense at optimal times when they’ll perform well and provide a good user experience. And according to Google Adsense team, this new level ads will increase publishers earnings because they will display attractive and useful ads to users.

This system of displaying ads will for sure increase your adsense CTR which will in turn increase your Revenue.. please ensure to try them out.

  3. People the only thing you need to change is the publisher id. Just copy out his own format and slot in your own id and paste it on your own template. That's all
